About the Client
With the Covid-19 lockdown being lifted they needed to have their European & UK sites prepared and stocked with PPE, Hand Sanitiser and other respiratory equipment ahead of the villages reopening, due to the geographical spread, logistics expertise was required.
Citicare, manufactured the tens of thousands of bottles of Hand Sanitiser to the specification required the client. In addition sourcing all the required PPE Equipment. This was collated and despatched through our own delivery network to all European sites successfully and within the required 8 Day window. Using our in-house customer service team the distribution was fully tracked and our specialised team was there to answer any operational question any of the sites had.
The Outcome and Benefits
Using Citicare has allowed our client to move away from each site having to procure individually, centralising its purchasing to cover all its international sites, reducing cost and consolidating the logistics and invoicing for its own in-house teams.
